Out of 7200 Tourism & Chambers of Commerce in the United States, Mille Lacs Area Tourism Council is one of the first 75 Tourism/Chambers to promote its members via MyChamberApp, a national smartphone app that allows users to find local businesses, a calendar of events or discounts being offered by local businesses.

Mille Lacs Area Tourism already offers the public up-to-date member information via our website (www.millelacs.com) on a searchable business directory. With the growth of mobile usage increasing, the need arose to make member information and specials even more accessible to people on the go. We realize it is important to stay ahead of the technology curve. Providing this mobile venue is beneficial not just for our members but for the community as a whole.
